  • Suitable for all abilities male/female, age 16+, including non-players.
  • Fitness Links Fit 4 football is a new, exciting method of physical training to improve cardiovascular fitness, agility, power, strength, speed, flexibilty and enhance your football skills.
  • Train in a group, using professional football training drills, run by ex-professional footballers with recognised fitness and coaching qualifications.
  • Weekly sessions based at Harrow Lodge Park, Hornchurch.
  • Times: Saturday 10.30a.m & Tuesday 7.00p.m.
  • Starting Saturday 10th May
  • £5 per session or 10 sessions for £40
  • Training drills will incorporate various fitness aspects, all required to improve your fitness levels. These will include circuit training based sessions, anaerobic training, and speed/power sessions.
  • Typical equipment used will include hurdles, ladders, balls, poles and markers.
  • Sessions involve very little actual football playing, therefore are SUITABLE FOR NON-PLAYERS just looking to improve their fitness in a new way.
